In order to register and participate in our events to learn more about the Fury platform, or to receive information about the service, it is necessary to process your personal data.

Your privacy is very important to us, and we take all necessary measures to protect it. With this in mind, we inform you through this Privacy Statement ("Statement") how Mercado Libre processes your personal data and the rights you have to control it.

By accepting this Statement, you expressly authorize us to process your personal data as described herein and in accordance with applicable laws.

Who is responsible for processing personal data?

Personal data is stored in a database for which Mercado Libre is responsible. Depending on your country of residence, one or more entities may be responsible for your data. You can consult the details of these entities in Annex I of this Statement.

The data controller is the entity that determines the purposes for which personal data will be processed and the means used for such processing (see Section 3, "What do we do with your personal data?").

What personal data do we collect and process?

We collect and process the following personal data:

• Name and surname
• Email
• Company you belong to
• Job position
• Country of residence
• Postal address
• Opinions about Mercado Libre Products and Services
• In specific cases, dietary preferences

Please note that you are not required to provide us with the personal data listed above. However, refusal to do so may prevent you from participating in the event.

What do we do with your personal data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To identify you
• To enable your registration for events
• To contact you for surveys and raffles
• To send you gifts
• To contact you with information about events, future initiatives, and promotions that may interest you
• To allow you to request a demonstration of the platform
• To provide catering services at events
• To enable a sales representative to contact you and offer our services

If we intend to use your data for any other purpose not compatible with those described above, we will inform you before proceeding.

How do we share your personal data?

In connection with the purposes described in the previous section ("What do we do with your personal data?"), your personal data may be accessed or shared with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers that process data on behalf of Mercado Libre, following our instructions
• Business partners with whom Mercado Libre collaborates, to offer you their promotions, products, and services and/or to comply with legal obligations
• Companies belonging to the Mercado Libre corporate group, operating under the same processes and internal policies, to comply with internal regulations, prevent fraud, manage risks, and facilitate the management of Mercado Libre's services and products
• Competent authorities in the exercise of their duties

How are international data transfers carried out?

Mercado Libre's operations rely on human, organizational, and technological infrastructure, including servers and cloud services, which may be located in a country other than yours.

It is also possible that the recipients of your data, as mentioned in the section "How do we share your personal data?", may be located in a different country.

Some of these countries may not offer adequate levels of data protection according to the applicable regulations in your country of residence.

In such cases, Mercado Libre will take the necessary steps to transfer your data in compliance with applicable laws, through contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or other mechanisms.

How long do we store your personal data?

We will store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to meet regulatory or legal requirements.

Once that period has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

How do we protect your personal data?

Mercado Libre complies with applicable legal requirements and has adopted technical, organizational, and administrative security measures following industry standards to protect your personal data.

How can you exercise your rights to control your personal data?

Under applicable laws, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

• (iii) Right to rectify/modify data
• (iv) Right to opt out of receiving advertisements, offers, and promotions
• (v) Right to request deletion/cancellation of data

Changes to the Privacy Statement

If Mercado Libre makes significant changes to this Statement, you will be notified through individual communication via our usual channels (e.g., email) and through our websites or applications (via banners, pop-up messages, or other notification mechanisms).

If your consent is required for any changes, we will request it so that you can decide whether you agree.
